Research Use Only Policy
All products sold by MassSpec Peptides are laboratory reagents intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, as those terms are defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Products must not be used in humans or animals under any circumstances. No product sold by MassSpec Peptides is intended for human consumption, injection, topical application, inhalation, or any other form of administration to a person or animal.
By placing an order, you affirm that: (1) you are at least 21 years of age; (2) you are a qualified research professional, or purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research organization; (3) you will handle all products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and all local, state, and federal laws; and (4) you will not use, or permit the use of, any product for human or veterinary purposes.
MassSpec Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe a purchase is intended for any use other than laboratory research.

Product Quality
Products are supplied lyophilized and verified by independent third-party laboratories (HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry identity). Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are published on this site. Products are sold as laboratory reagents with no warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose.
Shipping & Returns
Orders ship domestically. Due to the nature of laboratory reagents, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; contact support@masspecpeptides.com to initiate. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced or refunded in full.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MassSpec Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of its products. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws governing the purchase, possession, and handling of laboratory reagents in their jurisdiction.
